Returns

Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Refunds can only be given for regular priced items. Sale items are unfortunately non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are only granted for defective or damaged items. If you want to exchange an item for the same item, email us at mail@foukiya.com and send the item to: Foukiya, Ringstraße 144, 65479 Raunheim, Germany.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the item once it is returned.

Shipping

To return your product, you should send it to: Said El Idrissi, Ringstraße 144, 65479 Raunheim, Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on the country you live in.

When shipping an item, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Exceptions and Exclusions

Custom or personalized items are excluded from returns.
